Printing without comments

If you want to print your document but don't want to delete the comments from the template just yet, you can print without them.

In Word for Windows:

1. In the File tab, select Print
2. Under Settings, click the Print All Pages dropdown menu and uncheck Print Markup at the bottom of the menu.
3. Print as you normally do.

In Word for Mac:

1. In the File Menu, select Print
2. In the Copies & Pages dropdown, select Microsoft Word
3. Next to Print What, select Document from the Document & Markup dropdown menu
4. Click the Print button.
